John Noble is a distinguished military non-commissioned officer born and raised in Southern California, renowned for his exemplary service and leadership skills. With several deployments under his belt, he has demonstrated unwavering commitment and leadership with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in operations.
John’s academic journey is marked by his pursuit of knowledge and excellence. He earned multiple advanced degrees from esteemed institutions, including the University of San Diego and Loma Linda University. Marcos Zendejas, a lifelong resident of the Coachella Valley, brings over 33 years of dedicated framing and carpentry experience to the construction industry. He began his career as a laborer in 1989 and steadily rose through the ranks, becoming a journeyman in 1993. For the past two decades, Marcos has led framing crews on job sites across the valley, demonstrating his ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure. His deep knowledge of framing, especially in the installation of trusses—having overseen more than 500 such installations—makes him a trusted resource on any job site.

Known for his clear communication and problem-solving skills, Marcos works closely with builders, superintendents, and property owners, translating technical details into understandable terms. His strong working relationships with on-site supervisors and consistent availability to both clients and staff highlight his commitment to teamwork and project success. Most of his career has been spent with just two companies, a testament to his reliability and loyalty. Marcos, along with his wife and three children, continues to be a valued contributor to the Coachella Valley community, both professionally and personally.
